Merkibayev Tulegen Asylbekovich was born on the seventh of May in 1981 in the village Akkol of Talas region of Zhambyl oblast. I left secondary school in 1998 in the village Assa of Zhambyl oblast. I entered TarSU named after M.Kh.Dulaty and graduated from this university in 2004. I entered KazNPU named after Abai as a master student and got a degree of master of pedagogical sciences.
